You can chat with your blog visitors using Yahoo Messenger Pingbox even if your visitors do not have a yahoo account so that they can do it anonymously.
How to add YM Pingbox botton to your blog ? It is very simple, go to http://messenger.yahoo.com/pingbox then click Create A Pingbox. There you can choose the size of the pingbox that fits to your blog even you can choose the colour of the font and size also the background, just follow yahoo' instruction. The instruction is very clear.
If it is not clear enough for you, after you got your pingbox embeed, get it copied and paste to your blog using html/javascript widget . If everything is ok, you can start live chatting.
